    Dr. Yiheng(Ian) Feng

Dr. Yiheng Feng is currently an assistant research scientist at University of Michigan Transportation Research Institute (UMTRI). He graduated from the University of Arizona with a Ph.D degree in Systems and Industrial Engineering in 2015. He has a Master degree from Civil Engineering Department, University of Minnesota, Twin Cities in 2011. He also earned the B.S. and M.E. degree from Department of Control Science and Engineering from Zhejiang University, China in 2005 and 2007 respectively. His research interests include traffic signal systems, connected and automated vehicles, arterial performance measurement, and travel demand modeling.

    Shengyin(Sean) Shen

Sean is research engineer in the Engineering Systems Group at University of Michigan Transportation Research Institute (UMTRI). He earned his MS degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and in Electrical Engineering from University of Bristol, UK. He also has a BS degree from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, China. His research interests focus on intelligent transportation systems, traffic simulation, safety and mobility applications with connected and automated vehicles (CAVs), CAV testing and evaluation, and big data analytics with CAVs.

    Dr. Wai Wong

Dr. Wong is currently a postdoctoral research fellow in the Department of Civil Environmental Engineering at University of Michigan. He received his Ph.D. degree and Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Hong Kong in 2017 and 2013, respectively. His research interests lie in transportation big data analytics, statistical modelling, traffic flow theory, connected and autonomous vehicle technologies, intelligent transportation system, network topology, as well as road safety.

Edmond is currently a Ph.D student in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Michigan. He received his bachelor's degree from Beijing Jiaotong University, China in 2013 and Master degree from the University of Michigan in 2016. His research interests include traffic flow modeling and connected vehicles.

Yan Zhao has been a PhD student in mechanical engineering at University of Michgian-Ann arbor since fall 2014. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Tsinghua University with honors and a Master of Science from the University of Michigan, both in mechanical engineering. His research interests primarily lie in the area of connected and automated vehicles.

He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the Department of Automation, Tsinghua University, China. His current research interests include optimal control, connected and automated vehicle evaluation, and transportation data analysis.

Xiaochi Li received his bachelor’s degree in School of Communication Engineering from Chongqing University, China, in 2012, and master's degree in School of Information Engineering from Chang'an University, China, in 2015. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree on traffic information engineering and control, Chang'an University, China. His current research interests include connected vehicle, heterogeneous vehicular network, and game theory.
